Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be working in the Business
Improvement Team.
This role includes the end to end business analysis discipline.
The focus of the team is business analysis and solution design underpinned by continuous improvement.
Elimination of waste and inefficiency.

The purpose of this role is to analyse business problems.
Propose and manage the implementation of business solutions.
Ensure the sustainability of solutions post and implement across business units.
You will be a client relationship champion.
Responsible for consulting with the business to understand its problems.
Opportunities, goals and objectives.
Define the business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services/optimised business processes.

Business/Technical Requirements.
Drive the requirements elicitation requirements gathering, documenting results from activities.
Deliver user, business, functional/non functional requirements.
Solution Design.
Develop use cases, business rules, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Application of the BDD format.
System Analysis.
Analyze various production and enterprise systems or business processes.
Determine problems, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Business Process Improvement.
Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
Education:
Matric

Experience:
Minimum 3 years Agile experience not just familiarity with Agile ways of working, but actually having worked in an Agile environment.
Kanban experience an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years experience in Agile requirements gathering, problem analysis, solution design and documentation of user stories.
Behaviour Driven Design experience.
Minimum 5 years overall experience as an intermediate to Senior business analyst.
Minimum 5 years experience in business process mapping and re-engineering.
BPMN and Lean Six Sigma certification an added advantage.
System integration analysis experience.
Ability to analyse systems and technical solutions.
Comfort with the technical landscape is necessary for this role.
Working knowledge and understanding of API’s, micro services, and the mobile digital landscape.
Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
TOGAF certification preferred.
Fintech, KYC and Fraud management compliance understanding.
