Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for assisting, supporting and managing incoming customer requirements with daily sales administration activities such as renewals, quoting, billing queries, product queries and project status queries.
Ultimately, the role requires the individual to contribute to creating and maintaining exceptional customer relationships and ensuring an efficient sales operational process and achievement of targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retention, sales administrative role (min. 2year) within the telecoms / ICT industry
Sound understanding of client retention management
Professional business etiquette
Must be detail orientated and efficient
Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace i.e. Email, Proposals, Quotations, Online applications (i.e. CRM, Pipedrive, Quoting tools)
Solid experience working on a CRM
Own vehicle as face to face client meetings may be required from time to time
Matric certification essential with tertiary sales or administrative certifications preferable
Package & Remuneration:
R 20 000 – R 30 000 – Monthly plus + incentives
