Vacancy Details

Database Management:

  • Data Collection: They gather and organize information about potential customers. This may include company names, contact details, industry, company size, and other relevant data.
  • Data Validation: They ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data by regularly updating and verifying it. This involves removing duplicates, correcting errors, and adding new information.

Lead Generation:

  • Prospecting: They identify potential leads by researching target industries, companies, and individuals who might be interested in the IT services and products offered by the company.
  • Outreach: They reach out to these potential leads through various means, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and networking events.
  • Qualification: They assess the leads to determine their level of interest and their potential as customers. Qualified leads are those who have shown genuine interest and have the budget and authority to make purchasing decisions.

Database Analysis:

  • Segmentation: They segment the database into different categories based on various criteria, such as industry, location, company size, or level of interest. This allows for more targeted marketing and sales efforts.
  • Reporting: They provide regular reports and insights to the sales and marketing teams about the performance of lead generation efforts. This includes metrics like conversion rates, response rates, and the quality of leads generated.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System:

  • They often work with CRM software to track interactions with leads and customers. This helps in maintaining records, scheduling follow-ups, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
