Vacancy Details

A dynamic organization based in the East Rand is looking to employ a Creditors Clerk with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

 

Minimum Experience

• Matric
• Formal Tertiary Education (Highly Advantageous)
• MS Office
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Pastel Experience Essential
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Candidate must have strong administrative skills
• 3 – 5 years’ experience
• Full Function Creditors
• Review account statements and make payments on time to ensure that the company has good standing with creditors
• Follow up with delinquent accounts to collect payments
• Research credit reports to identify new business opportunities or threats
• Issue invoices to customers for services provided by the company
• Reconcile purchase orders and prepare payment schedules
