Devise GIBB’s training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes
Ensure enhancement of employee skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
Identify, develop, manage various learning initiatives that facilitate skills development, leadership development and employee retention.
Overall development of the L&D function that includes legislative and statistical reporting and ensures compliance.

The individual would be required to posses the following:

Bachelor’s degree in training and development (Human Resources)
Minimum 5 years’ experience designing and delivering corporate training program and leadership development program
Experience conducting needs assessments and performance gap analysis required
Previous experience training in an engineering environment preferred
