Senior Creditors Clerk (Eastrand)

Relevant Qualification Advantageous

• 3-5 Years Experience in Senior Role (Manufacturing Environment)
• Full Function Creditor Function
• Accurately capturing of expenses invoices (utility bills, levies, transport, suppliers’ invoices, rental invoices, etc.)
• Liaise, communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding invoice queries, credit queries, payments queries and discrepancies; to resolve these queries in a timeously manner
• Maintain account payable ledger on the weekly and monthly basis.
• Preparing remittances and ensuring all payments are captured in ERP system when suppliers’ payments are paid.
• Asset management
• Strong Analytical skills and strategic thinker
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Work well under pressure
• Team Player (Work with other Employees)
• Able to work overtime when required
