Required Skills:

•B.Comm HR and/or Industrial Psychology qualification or related
•3 – 4 years experience within an HR role that includes recruitment, selection and placement experience
•Excellent planning and organising skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Implement (coordinate) Mazars’ graduate recruitment campaign, and represent Mazars at all marketing and recruitment opportunities on university campuses
•Liaise with Career Development Offices at various Universities
•Build good rapport amongst graduates and professional applicants through constant communication and through assuring that the application process is swift and efficient
•Recruiting in adherence to Employment Equity Plan and labour legislation
•Screen, interview, conduct reference checks and recommend suitable candidates
•Arrange and analyse psychometric assessments
•Ensure all requisite documentation is present before a job offer is made
•Compile job offers
•Compile and Co-ordinate bi-annual Vacation Work and Job Shadow Programmes
•Compile and Co-ordinate annual Trainee Accountant Induction Programme as well as regular induction programmes for professional staff members
•Liaise with all current and potential bursary candidates
•Perform all HR and SAICA Administration relating to Trainee Accountants
•Scan external labour market for developments and trends and identify best practice recruitment processes.
•Assist with workforce planning at all levels
•Determine preferred vendors and evaluating delivery
•Evaluate recruitment decisions & determining cost of poor recruitment decisions
