- Grade 12 or equivalent (N3).
- IT Tertiary qualification.
- Technical experience in Microsoft Office, Windows XP and Windows 7 and other peripherals
- ITIL Foundation
- Experience in Remedy will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Must be able to adapt to change
- Must be able to work well in a team
- Must be able to work under pressure and independently
- Incident and call logging management
- User support
- Trouble shooting
- Liaise with external vendors and business
- Perform on-site and remote technical support
- Change management and SOX compliance
- Ensure compliance to ITGC processes
