We have an amazing opportunity for a Affiliate Marketing Coordinator. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be a support structure to all Affiliate Marketing Teams and Digital Marketing Teams. The core function will be to assist with queries, requests and enquiries from Affiliates and with the aim of adequately and timeously resolving these matters.

You Bring:

• Valid code 8 driver’s license
• 1 – 2 years admin or support experience
• 1 – 2 years Operation Admin or support experience
• 1 – 2 Marketing/Digital Marketing Support experience

 

What You’ll Do for The Brand:

• Work cross-functionally with internal Hollywoodbets teams on a variety of projects.
• Provide daily support to team members and affiliates.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails and relay messages.
• Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritize these effectively.
• Drive the delivery/execution of all campaigns accurately and on time on various channels.
• Delivering quality work, on time and according to instructions
• Campaign conceptualization and implementation in collaboration with Team Support
• Identify affiliate partnership opportunities as well as new business opportunities
• Assisting where possible with projects
• Competitor and trend analysis to ensure our affiliate partner programme remains innovative and ahead of competition
• Creating, maintaining and troubleshooting tacking links.
• Assisting the affiliate marketing team with the development and implementation of online marketing promotional content including newsletters and direct email advertisements for mass email campaigns.
• Working with management to organize and coordinate meeting with affiliates to improve the ongoing relationships that we have with our affiliates.
• Assisting the affiliate marketing team with daily tasks and projects using the affiliate software, including the updating of banners and communications on our Affiliate System.
• Brief in new artwork banner concepts to the product/design team
• Assist the analysts with creating earnings reports and processing of payments
• Review and draft new T’s & C’s for a new launch
• Review pending affiliate applications
• Provide weekly reports or as requested to the various teams
• Monitor our competitor’s affiliate programme’s
• Exploring new affiliate networks, partnerships, or platforms to expand the reach and visibility of the affiliate programme
• Working with the account managers to create incentive programs, rewards, or special promotions to motivate affiliates and encourage high-performance.
