Job description
BigFix, an IBM Company, is a provider of high performance security and systems management solutions, allowing customers to securely manage their global IT infrastructures, faster and more accurately, resulting in improved governance, control, visibility and business agility.
BigFix builds enterprise operations, vulnerability, security and compliance configuration management solutions that help large geographically dispersed organizations maintain the health, performance and security of their computer assets.
We are looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to work as a Sales Representative in our rapidly expanding CEE organisation
Sales Representative responsibilities:
(*) Achieve pre-agreed sales targets and objectives, both individual and company;
(*) Establish and grow the company’s presence in the CEE region, a green-field territory for the company;
(*) Demonstrate and articulate a full understanding of BigFix’s core competencies.
(*) Present these competencies in a confident and effective manner to new and existing corporate customers from a commercial and technical perspective;
(*) Identify, develop, and work alongside the channel and key partners in sales training, presentations, strategy and support;
(*) Develop overall sales account strategy, managing multi-level relationships integrating efforts with IBM client, software and Tivoli sales teams;
(*) Formulate business and account development plans from a sales perspective in conjunction with IBM client, software and Tivoli sales teams;
(*) Required to generate external client meetings and promote BigFix at the highest level alongside pre-sales personnel;
(*) To be able to prepare sales proposals and tender responses as required;
(*) Direct and manage all cross-functional activities, provide integrated sales, technical and customer support in order to achieve business plans;
(*) Become an expert on the complete range of BigFix products and become able to present the solutions effectively to end user customers and partners;
(*) Manage business and contractual relationships with partners from a commercial aspect;
(*) Ensure close liaison with all relevant functions within BigFix and Tivoli to communicate product and support needs as well as strategic developments;

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years experience in IT software sales to enterprise organisations
At least 5 years experience in working in a start-up organisation or of establishing a company in a new territory
At least 5 years experience in handling and closing long, high-value sales processes
At least 5 years experience in and depth knowledge of a broad range of different technologies and platforms
English: Fluent

(*)Willingness to travel within the region;
