A reputable Dealership is seeking a competent Sales Representative to join them as soon as possible at their Alberton Branch. The remuneration is basic and commission based.
Specific Role Responsibilities
The role will involve daily, weekly and monthly managenet of sales.
Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
Total commitment to achieve sales targets and growth by venturing and creating opportunities using own skills.
Identify and venture into new renevue streams.
Ensure customer escalation is manageg and feeback is provided.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
A strong understanding of industry and market trends and customer behaviour.
An understanding of Auto Pedigree products and services.
Customer and sales management.
Some understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry would be an advantage.
Knowledge of areas’ most spoken languages would be an advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Personal Attributes
Interpersonal: Excellent communiaction, negotiation and influencing skills.
Some computer literacy.
Self motivated priority-setting and time management skills.
Ability to deal with diverse customers and cater for their unique needs.
Initiative and problem solving abilities.
A valid Code 8 Driver’s License is vital.
