Requirements:

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting, and ensuring productivity
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and exceed revenue goals.
• Monitor sales performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to develop team members’ skills and capabilities
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a high level of satisfaction
