Key Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in our client’s dynamic organization, overseeing marketing efforts across diverse divisions in Fleet Management, Fuel and Transport, Logistics, and Hotels. The primary objective is to manage the delivery of multiple marketing initiatives to achieve project objectives, ensuring they meet quality, time, and cost standards. This role will require strong project management skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
Tasks and Duties:
- Manage the delivery of multiple marketing projects and workstreams to achieve project objectives, including scope, timeline, and budget.
- Plan, oversee, and monitor projects of varying complexity, priority, and risk.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and senior management to define project scopes and objectives.
- Create and maintain project charters by working closely with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
- Identify project objectives and performance metrics in consultation with project sponsors and change management teams.
- Develop and manage project design, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adequate resource allocation.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day project activities to meet critical milestones and realize identified benefits.
- Regularly review and adjust the project schedule in coordination with senior management and the project team.
- Establish a communication schedule, working with the communication, change, and Human Resource teams, to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and potential impacts.
- Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.
- Provide regular project status reports to key stakeholders, including updates on project status, risks, budget expenditures, and dependencies.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, maintaining a project risk log with effective action plans to resolve issues.
- Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree or diploma.
- Preferably in Communication or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing or Communication, with expertise in social media and Digital platforms.
- Knowledge of media relations.
- Self-driven, self-starter.
- Excellent broad technical knowledge of Marketing.
- Proven track record in building B2B product-based brands online and offline.
- Strong organizational skills and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- 5 – 7 years in a similar marketing position.
- Ability to construct and implement brand plans and marketing strategies.
- Understanding of various research techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

- 7+ years of Marketing Management experience.
- 7+ years of Facilitation and Presenting experience.

- Working towards a Marketing Management Degree.
