Our client in the solar industry is currently looking to employ an experienced Senior Field Sales Agent at their organization
Locations: Oudtshoorn WC, Sedgefield WC, Worcester WC

 

Requirements:

• Matric
• 5 years of experience in field sales or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation ,closing skills and objection handling
• Experience in the solar industry is an advantage but not mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (non-negotiable).
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans(non-negotiable)
• Exposure to CRM tools
• Exceptional pipeline management
• Must be active on community social platforms

 

Responsibilities

• Achieving monthly sales targets through standard selling procedures as well as community expos, estate agent activations/ business activations and other events
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Managing promotional activities
• Collecting and analysing data to provide valuable insights on regions.
• Aware of regional activity and “touch points” via social media platforms
• Handling and overcoming objections from potential customers.
