Job Title: SALES REPRESENTATIVE [SOFTWARE / CONSULTING / MANAGED SERVICES]
Location: Roodepoort based – West Rand

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation, sales cycle management and deal closure. Develop and implement agreed upon Sales Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the relevant marketing area. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Prospecting and cold calling on new SME and Corporate clients
Researching and conducting feasibility of the prospective clients
Conducting sales meetings and sales cycle in line with the prescribed Sale process
Developing a pipeline of sales opportunities and forecasting sales per month and quarter in an accurate manner
Responding to incoming client requests/new business leads
Generate proposals, quotes, contracts and SLA agreements
Connectivity (Voice, Data and Cloud base)
Hardware Support (Desktop and server support)
Maintenance of Network infrastructure
Development and presentation of proposals
Attend and grow company roadshows
Customer Needs Analysis
Closing Deals, achieving targets
Opportunity management, Business and technical proposal reviews
Grow, develop and manage a sales team
Exceptional customer service support
Constant industry knowledge and research pertaining to Services and Solutions, Servers & Networks, Support & Maintenance and Project Management, within the IT and Telecommunications industry
Resolving customer queries

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric
Tertiary qualification
Valid driver license and own reliable transport
Sales experience within the IT market space – with proven track record and fully computer literate
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
Ability to deal with senior executives at corporate level: personal presentation, communication skills, grammar and business etiquette must be at a very professional level
Persistent and tenacious with high energy levels and ability to cope with a multitude of tasks, objections and challenges on an on-going basis
Mental agility to assess and propose solutions to client’s specific needs
Accurate and reliable forecasting
Ability to function independently with high levels of responsibility and accountability
Good numerical and analytical ability
Target driven
