Job Title: Head of Group Digital Marketing

7.1.To translate Group marketing brand into an engaging customer centric digital experience, that drives acquisition, engagement, conversion and grow customer loyalty.
7.2.Manage the digital marketing teams across the business to deliver digital marketing communication campaigns and manage the tactical execution and optimization of those plans ensuring greatest ROI for these channels
7.3.Adopt a data-driven mind-set for strategy development, translating customer segments to channels, with clearly defined roles for each channel and informed channel investment prioritization.
7.4.Identify new opportunities to maximise traffic, drive revenue, and look to include these into future planning.
7.5.Analysis of third party agencies to look for opportunities across the business to further drive digital marketing performance.
7.6.Design and execute company-wide training for teams on building and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
7.7.Work with key stakeholders to position campaigns for the right audiences.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
•At least 10 years’ experience in product development and management , preferably within the financial services industry
•Experience in managing websites, social media, and SEO.
•Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
•Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
•Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO tools and CRM tools
•Good understanding of fintech, technologies
•Strong knowledge in multi-channel managements, preferably with ecommerce experience
•Good understanding of web technology
•Ability to suggest and develop creative ideas and treatments for online content for multi-channel campaigns.
•Proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results across all paid and organic acquisition techniques.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills
•Strong campaign management orientation, identify new themes/topics, offers, and platforms to reach target market with those messages and offers
•Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to lead digital marketing teams and create realistic digital marketing strategies to drive the online business
•Ability to plan strategically and operate tactical digital marketing campaigns particularly
•Proven use of web and associated technologies in driving traffic and sales in an online environment
•Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, leadership level presentations
•Strong relationship and collaboration skills across various teams and levels
