Job Summary:

As a key player in this multinational company, you’ll oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support crucial business decisions. Your role involves managing the budget, identifying risks and opportunities, and optimizing the commercial position through financial strategies.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s budget management, driving yearly exercises and forecasts.
• Manages company’s budget including revenue/direct margin, EBITDA or CAPEX level and drives the yearly budget exercise and forecast with line management.
• Analyze and report variances in revenue, OPEX, and investments to provide a clear financial situation.
• Assess and approve profitability for complex projects that align with strategic goals.
• Develop financial plans, aid decision-making, and streamline financial processes.
• Mentor and guide the finance team, enabling their professional growth and maximizing their contributions.

 

Requirements:

• Education: A strong first degree in any discipline; professional accounting qualification required. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Formal Training: Banking Law / Regulation
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, with auditing experience being advantageous.
• Skills: Proficiency in financial management, industry knowledge, robust data reconciliation skills, and expertise in financial analysis and interpretation.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental and industry analysis, along with Database Management Systems (DBMS).

 

Work Guide & References: You’ll work in accordance with Total Bank’s SOPs, Banking Act, Credit Policy Guide, regulatory bodies’ guidelines, and AML standards.
