PA/Sales position available Overview of the position: PA to Managing member of the company To look after and manage day to day running of the decking department and look after customer relationships and find new business
Key Job Functions:
Quote, task, follow up with client until deal is won/lost, place orders, manage teams, file, schedule appointments and ensure client relationship are looked after 100% professional who is determined to make a success Strong character to withstand pressure from a very demanding business division and clients.
JOB SPECIFICATION: Administer all documentation, including invoicing, quotations and general office filing
Facilitate all requests for appointments etc.
Facilitate general office management.
Bilingual Good telephone manner and must be well spoken Excellent time management Self-motivated
Willingness to learn
Ability to work under pressure
Confident communicator at all levels Organised and flexible Own reliable transport
Excellent organisational and e-mailing skills. Speed and efficiency Strong administrative focus.
Pays attention to detail Regularly communicates with clients as to procedures regarding installations.
Cold call for prospective clients, architects, builders, interior designers and following up leads and quotations.
Keeps files and records updated.
Ensures all staff employment records are kept up to date.
Receive and sign ‘conditions’ letter.
Keep track of deposits
– Matric (Grade 12).
– A tertiary qualification in administration.
– MS Office suite specifically Microsoft Word Experience.
– 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative and office management role
