Its expansive portfolio includes lubricant, HIV testing services, CD4 count testing, TB screening, voluntary medical male circumcision, and schools based sexuality and HIV prevention program.

Job Title: Medical Doctor X1
Location: Western Cape
Contract Type:Fixed Term Contract
Employment Duration: Appointment until 30/09/2018

Responsibilities include:

• Safely provide VMMC services to clients
• Implement VMMC services according to SFH’s guidelines and protocols
• Maintain a 24 hours emergency response service
• Participate in Quality assurance and improvement visits and respond to queries
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols
• Provide on-going supervision to MMC Professional nurses.
• Ensure that all Adverse Events are properly identified, recorded and reported
• Participate in research activities of the clinic as may be required

Requirements:

• MBCHB degree/ BCMP
• Registration with HPCSA
• Experience in MMC and surgery
