Simonsig Wines, situated in the famous Stellenbosch wine region, has an opportunity for a Senior HR Officer with excellent interpersonal & organizational skills, paired with the ability to take initiative and work independently, to join their growing team.

Essential minimum qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field;
•  Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position;
•  Labor legislation knowledge with application in the Agricultural industry;
•  Experience with WIETA and Fairtrade accreditation;
•  Excellent computer literacy [MS Office and SAGE Payroll (HR modules)];
•  Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans);
•  Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
