Job Title: QA / Functional Analyst (IT)

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Working in their Solutions & Innovations team, working with a very bright, switched-on team, you will be responsible for

Understanding the organisations Platform and Solutions;
Collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects and SME’s;
Assisting the client/s and the team with analysing and evaluating client requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution designs and performing tests on measures, reporting, user stories, features and solutions;
Ensuring environment readiness; their availability, accessibility and configuration;
Performing system, functional, integration and E2E testing of new and changed product functionalities/upgrades/updates;
Providing extensive UAT support; defect management;
Working with the internal and client testing teams to design and implement testing plans for products and the likes.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Business Science or Data Science tertiary education, coupled with 3 + Years Work experience in an Analyst role within FMCG, Retail or in a related agency role essential. SQL, Python R, Tableau and data visualization skills – very pref

Package & Remuneration:
R420K – R540K CTC (Neg)
