Job Title: Admin Clark
Job Location: Cape Town

Responsibilities:

• Capture Service Logs online
• Capture Donation Logs online
• Conduct admin related tasks connected to the retail section at Powerhouse
• Oversee any other admin related to Powerhouse
• Oversee admin related to the Life Change team based at PH
• Conduct screenings of clients and capture new client forms and assessments online
• Join in service delivery where necessary

Requirements:

• An understating of the journey it takes to recover from homelessness
• Driver’s license
• Strong computer skills
• Detail orientated (for accurate data-capturing)
• Communication skills
• Written and spoken English
• Strong organisational skills
• Willingness to assist and help out where necessary
• Willingness to learn
• Willingness to grow personally
• Open to change
• Must be able to take initiative in tasks
