Due to continuous business growth we require supplementary talented individuals to join our team. Comprehensive in-house training provided by experienced Trainers as well as continuous individualised feedback and coaching will propel you to develop your skills, enhance your communication abilities to achieve a high standard of work.

We offer basic salary with uncapped commission, performance bonuses and benefits.

Training/Probation Period(first 3 week contract): uncapped Commission

• Week 1- Paid Training(R2000)
• Week 2- Target is 5 for the week. R2000 basic, R160 per sale and bonus of R500 on 100% of target.
• Week 3- Target is 10 for the week.R2000 basic, R160 per sale and bonus of R500 on 100% of target.

Permanent Contract:

• R5500 basic, uncapped commission, company benefits
• Average salary once permanent-R27 500.

 

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent) (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT OBTAINED YOUR MATRIC)
• Speak fluent English and Afrikaans
• Clear criminal record
