Vacancy Details

Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their team.  You will be responsible for CRM systems, sales processes and people management.

 

Must have:

• Bachelors degree in business or other relevant fields (management, finance, statistics)
• 4 – 5 years as a Sales Operations Manager in a highly sales driven environment (preferably Home Loans)
• Excellent understanding of the sales operations and the underlying sales processes that drive revenue
• Process design and optimization of system enablement – engaging in regard to the implementation of processes and systems and appropriate change management
• Experience working with a SaaS company would be advantageous
