CENTRE : Dr. George Mukhari Academic Hospital
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with relevant experience in HR Registry. (at least six month) Knowledge of Metro filing system. Understanding of Public Service and hospital environment. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).
DUTIES : Indentify and record a variety of official documents. Manage a logistical filing system. Send documents to E-GOVERNANCE with courier. Tracing of files and documents in HR and Registry Offices. Filing of documents in correct files. Receive and open mail on daily basis. Collection of high volumes of applications forms from the main gate to Human Resources Offices and around the hospital. Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor.
