Position will be home based; however, candidates would need to meet with dealerships on a daily basis

Candidates with experience in stationery will be given preference
Minimum Requirements:
Cold calling skills
Persuasiveness
Prospecting skills
Closing skills & experience
Motivational skills
Sales planning & presentation skills
Identifications of customer needs & challenges and marketing strategy development around them
Territory management
Market knowledge/Market Intelligence gathering
Professionalism
Computer literacy – skill competence in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & especially, a sound understanding of navigating & establishing Excel spreadsheets
General Administrative skills, to execute monthly line reporting
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work independently
Candidates with the required Industry knowledge will get preference as well as candidates with any form of insurance, financial or banking qualifications
Self-starter & self-motivator, with the ability to work remotely & take responsibility for required outputs
Sound interpersonal relationship and marketing skills.
Bilingualism – Afrikaans and English – read, write and Business communication;
Valid driving license;

Additional requirements:

Finally, the ideal candidate will have a sales qualification, will have held a sales position in the recent past for at least 2 years, will have cold calling experience, and more specifically in the motor industry.
