Warranty Clerk Position
Based in Alberton
My client is from a large and successful holding group in the Automotive Sector with reputable Dealerships within their national network and seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk, the individual must have the ability to function without close supervision for this popular brand Dealership
The salary being offered will be negotiable based on experience – plus medical aid, provident fund
The successful candidate must have:
• Matric or equal Technical Qualification
• 3 Years’ experience in Warranties and/or Service Department
• Servis2 experience will be an advantage
• Proven track record in the Management of Warranties
• Code 08 driver’s licence
Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:
• Process all warranty claims as per policy and procedure,
• Maximise labour sales on warranty claims,
• Perform costing of all warranty repair orders on Kerridge,
• Achieve and maintain company and Manufacturer standards,
• Keeping an up to date filling system in place for all warranty documents

• Strong admin skills
• Fanatical attention to detail
• Ability to negotiate on all levels
• Planning, organising and control
• Deadline orientated
Knowledge:
• Technical Product Knowledge,
• Computer literacy (Excel and Word)
• Kerridge (essential)
• Service-2 (essential)
• Warranty system background
