Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic Pickers and Packers to assist us in preparing orders for shipping and Distribution. You will be required to choose and pick up the items on the order form or picking slip and pack the order for transportation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.

Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.

Monitor’s product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).

Reports any mechanical problems.

Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.

Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Preparing finished products for packaging and transportation

Be assigned to a specific area, retrieve the items needed from the inventory, check that they are in good condition, wrap them securely, and pack them for transportation.

Pulling, packing and loading

Receiving, stocking and stacking

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric Certificate

Retail experience with scanning and sorting outgoing stock

You will need to have a clear criminal record, good work ethics, the ability to work well in a busy and pressured environment

3 to 5 years in related retail cashier experience

Reside in or around Milnerton Blouberg, Tableview, Atlantis, and Botmasig areas

A stable work record, and have contactable references

Please note you will be required to work Retail Hours: Monday to Thursday 07h30 – 17h00 and Fridays until 16h30

Saturdays (per roster schedule) and Public Holidays if required

A willingness to represent the Company in a responsible manner, promoting and maintaining a professional image at all times

Appearing well presented and neat
