Astellia, 200 people (180 engineers) offers products and solutions for the QoS, the optimisation and the analysis of mobile network performance, and is recruiting to support its development for the following position to be based in Johannesburg, NC:
Reporting to the African Region Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the commercial action plan for the South African Zone.
You will be in charge of the sales for the area and will insure the follow up of the major business accounts. You will insure coherence along with the other internal departments, especially pre-sales team.
You hold a graduate business and / or technical degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales role or business development for solutions sold to major business accounts / mobile phone operator in Africa Region.
You know how to conciliate negotiation ability and qualitative approach with customers. Working independently, rigor and sense of business reporting are key values.
Fluent English is required. Regular trips abroad are to be expected (2 to 3 per month).
Location in Johannesburg (South Africa) with regular business trips to the company headquarters based in France.
