Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
– Validate data on scanning system.
– Correct errors according to policy and procedure.
– Provide training and supervise the night shift team.
– Update and sign register of night shift team.
– Assist clerks with the processing of outgoing mail

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
– Matric

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
– Computer literate (MS Office)
– Good interpersonal skills
– Ability to work accurately and efficiently

TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
– Communication Skills
– Supervisory skills
