Our company is currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Head of IT Development / Senior D365 Developer to join our dyanmic team in Switzerland.

The successful candidate will be required to relocate and be permanently based in Switzerland.

Job Title: Head of IT Development / Senior D365 Developer
Location: Switzerland

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Main responsibility over the current ERP system.
Design and migration from AX 2012 R3 to D365-F&O.
Implement worldwide “ONE-ERP strategy”.
Develop new features and interfaces based on technical analysis and process requirements.
Close cooperation with project managers and consultants.
Integration of new business processes in accordance with business requirements.
Participation in innovative digitization projects.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have experience as a team leader and in project management.
Must have a degree in information technology/business informatics or several years of experience as an ERP developer.
Must have customizing knowledge of MS Dynamics AX and the development of adjustments with X++ and Visual Studio (SSRS reports).
Topics related to business process management & hyper-automation are your passion, which you implement with affinity.
Must be a team player and you have exceptional problem-solving skills and persuasiveness.
Must be fluent in spoken and written German and English Level C1, and other languages are an advantage.
