2. Engineer: Project Planner

Minimum Requirements

-Degree in Engineering Electrical / Industrial with electrical focus or equivalent
-Sound financial background.
-Minimum 5 years experience as a consultant in project management and strategic planning with prior experience within the manufacturing environment
-Formal Project Management training (e.g. PMBoK, PRINCE 2)
-Experience in Motor Industry will be advantageous

Job Specification

-Investigate, design and planning of multi-disciplinary projects
-Business case development for prospective projects including cost-benefit analysis, strategic alignment, risk assessment and evaluation of alternatives
-Detailed project scope planning and definition
-Development and maintenance of long-term strategic plans and standards for facilities and production technologies in line with BMW Group
-Holistic view and analysis of cost-relevant processes within buildings and equipment over the entire life circle optimization
-Alignment of budget and resource requirements development
-Implementation of interdepartmental strategies and projects
-Provide advice, obtain agreement and ensure compliance of interfaces with users
-Initiate complex tendering, procurement and contracting documentation for internal execution or for management of these processes should they be outsources to external companies

 

3. Psychologist

Minimum Requirements

-Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology is essential
-Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience, 2 years management level exposure with focus on strategy and customised solutions
-External consulting experience is a must
-Project management will be an advantage

Job Specification

Improve offerings for the following areas of the HR Value Chain of the Dealers:

-Recruitment and Selection including competency profiling.
-Design and provide feedback on assessment reports.
-Continuously introduce offerings to improve retention.
-Coaching as well as providing advisory services to the dealer principal and managers in using the Performance Development system.
-Roll out strategic projects to enhance the attraction and retention of key staff based on dealer needs.
-Employment equity: Manage sourcing, contracting and induction for development candidates.
