Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Diploma or relevant qualification in Information Technology
3-5 years’ experience in the telecom industry or relevant
Installing, support and administrating Linux servers

Skills:
· Linux knowledge
· Intermediate SQL Knowledge
· Ansible knowledge
· Docker knowledge
· Bash scripting

Job description:
· Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
· Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
· Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
· Ensure all issues are properly logged
· Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
· Work closely with peers and management in the operations environment and cross-functionally groups.
· Successful Integrations of applications in Customer Environments.
· Complete projects and associated phases in time and within budget.
· Interpret high level business requirements and provide technical specification documents.
· Provide input into development requirements and ways of working.
· Provide estimates on work to be completed.
