IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Bellville

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
VMWare VSAN and Stretched Clusters
Other Virtualisation platforms, e.g. Hyper-V, Citrix Xenserver
SAN / vSAN Storage technologies
Linux administration
Citrix administration
Backup technologies, including Legato and Veeam
Financial Services, and related technologies and 3rd party software, or other high-pressured IT environment
IT process management, e.g. ITIL, Change Management, Documentation,
Mentoring, coaching and skills transference

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Foundational IT exposure and/or certifications, e.g. A+ / Network + / Server +/ MCSE / cloud / etc with at least 5 years IT experience
Solid Microsoft Windows (Windows 2012/2016/2019) experience,
Active Directory Maintenance
Automation / Scripting with exposure to Python, Powershell, etc
Excellent documentation and record keeping.
