Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s) :
Matric
Intermediate Certificate in Business Studies(llSA)
Experience:
5-7 years Insurance experience including Construction & Marine insurance experience
Skills and Competencies

Broad knowledge of short term insurance cover
Computer literacy
Good verbal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a high standard of work under pressure
Ability to analyse information and make informed recommendations and decisions
Ability to liaise with clients
Broad knowledge of legal principles
Ability to work independently
Communication skills
Analytical skills
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
Policy Renewals
Underwriting Submissions
Premium Collection & Data upload
Monitoring outstanding claims
Produce & Analyse monthly reports for management information
Monitor service providers to ensure compliance with SLA”s
