Role
Responsible for general office administration as well as work closely with the sales team and agents.
Key Responsibilities
Sales reporting
Office administration
Manage relationships with Sales Agents including feedback, Reporting and POS management
Receive & distribute customer sales data
Ensure data is accurate and produce reports
Office management
Handling customer queries/complaints
Reception/Telephonist
Ordering stationary
Compiling stand audits
Manage pool car and fleet maintenance
Office maintenance
Education & Experience
Grade 12 minimum, Administration certificate advantage
Previous experience with Sales Agents
FMCG experience
Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
