Salary: R 415,245.00 – 935,193.00 Annually

Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Managing and providing academic leadership in respect of mechanical vocational and occupational programmes
•Ensuring excellent academic results
•Applying quality assurance
•Keeping abreast of new developments/latest trends
•Implementing and managing new programmes
•Ensuing optimal use of resources
•Providing support to academic staff
•Providing academic support to students
•Reporting on training programmes
•Budgeting
•Assist with the work placement of students
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
•Relevant qualification at REQV 13
•A relevant Trade test
•5 years’ trade experience
•3 years’ TVET management experience
•Teaching qualification
•5 year’s teaching experience
•Computer Literacy (Ms Word, Ms Excel & Outlook)
•Good command of spoken and written English
•Valid driver’s licence

RECOMMENDATIONS:
•Relevant qualification at REQV 14
•Registered Assessor and/or Moderator
