The anticipated USAID-funded Attain & Sustain 95-95-95, Prevent New Infections and Reach all Populations for Epidemic Control (ASPIRE) will be designed to, over 5 years, reduce HIV incidence and AIDS-related mortality in pursuit of epidemic control in Eswatini in alignment with GKoE’s vision of an AIDS-free generation by 2022 and the National Multisectoral HIV and AIDS Strategic Framework 2018-2022.

Job Title: Associate Director: Monitoring & Evaluation
Job Location: Eswatini

Position Summary

• Provide overall strategic leadership for monitoring & evaluation lead the design, development, planning, and implementation and evaluation of project technical strategies; develop strategies and tools for monitoring and evaluating project technical work

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree with 5 – 7 years of experience or bachelor’s degree with 7 – 9 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and strategic information management (SI) for HIV care and treatment programs including at least 5 years supervisory level experience.
