Vacancy Details

 

Overall purpose of the job:

Identify the cause of an overactive alarm / site, engage with the client and arrange an appointment for the technician.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of a variety of alarm panels, access control and CCTV products.
• Liaising daily with the technician.
• Planning and scheduling technicians.
• Communication and feedback to clients on an ongoing basis.
• Ensuring that correct stock/equipment on job and allocated
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Request purchase order numbers from customers Manager jobs on Pulse from opening the service request through the life-cycle to submitting for billing.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Analytic ability
• Knowledge of technical issues to do with alarms, CCTV and access control.
• Ability to read a signal report and form an opinion about the error.
• Computer literate.
