Vacancy Details
- Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and Guards, overseeing all guarding operations and guarding clients.
- Responsible for implementing and managing key security risk strategies and assessments to mitigate any potential risks.
- Manage guarding administration pertaining to vehicles, personnel, client email communication, incident reporting, site operations procedures, staff rosters, marketing, site equipment and client contact list.
- Meet and maintain client relationships attending to client complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance is followed throughout the guarding division.
- Oversee customer complaints, investigate issues, and work with various departments to address any issues.
- Monitor and review quality control processes to ensure all client standards are met.
- Facilitate procedures for quoting, purchasing, scheduling, and stock control.
- Regenerate new business.
- Monitor and conduct staff patrols and submit monthly KPI’s for operational division.
- Investigate incidents and submit reports.
- Ensure all client needs are met and guards compliant on sites to our clients’ expectations.
- Ensure site operating procedures are trained and inducted to officers.
- Assist finance department with invoicing and temps and oversee quoting is accurate and correct.
- Assist with resolving any pay queries and assist payroll to ensure payroll compliance.
- Enforce warnings / discipline and penalties if processes and procedures are not followed.
- Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership on security, crisis management, business integrity, and other security-related matters.
- Other key duties as required.
Required Skills
Candidates Requirements
- Valid PSIRA Grade A or B.
- Diploma in Business Management will be beneficial
- 5-7 years of experience as an Operations Manager within the Security Industry.
- Extensive knowledge of security systems, equipment and managing operations and guarding staff
