Vacancy Details

My client, a well-established concern within the agricultural industry has a vacancy for a Senior Administration Coordinator strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and previous experience in the agricultural industry.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 -3 years experience in high level administration within the agricultural industy.
• Relevant degree (BComm) will count in the candidate’s favour.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative tasks:

• Ensuring that signed contracts are received back
• Loading of costs on the system
• Sign off suppliers’ invoices for payment
• Invoicing to customers
• System maintenance
• Facilitate annual audit enquiries
• Provisions and contract reconciliations
• Monthly commission payout checking

2. Inventory control

• Weekly inventory reconciliation
• Handle annual stock confirmation

3. Facilitation of transactions

• Formula pricing management
• Weekly inventory reconciliation
• Preparation of reports
• Analysis of extraordinary transactions: System, contract layout, contract clauses and execution of transaction.
• Signing purchase and sales contracts
• Profit calculations

4. Risk Management

• Ensure existing controls and procedures are followed
• Implementation of new systems and procedures
• Checking of debtors
• Position reporting and monitoring
