Vacancy Details

Do you have minimum 3 years operations administration experience and have completed Maths with your Matric qualification? Our National Client based in Epping requires your experience for a varied position to assist in the operations department managing communication with clients and staff, data processing, quotations, and general administration throughout the department.

 

Requirements 

• Matric, with mathematics essential
• Computer literacy specifically the Microsoft Office Package
• 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Excellent administrative skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Self-Motivated, team player with excellent communication skills

 

Duties 

• Communicate with staff and clients
• Attendance/Leave & overtime register
• Ops related data processing
• Ensure POD’s and time sheets accuracy and up to date
• Plant log books updated & inked
• Prepare “final documentation pack” for invoicing
• Update client database
• Plant utilization & km-allocations
• Filling of essential documents
• Taking minutes during meetings
• Weekly & monthly reporting
• Assist with client queries and quotations
