Job Summary:
Operations
• Effective fourth level resolution (Troubleshooting is escalated from helpdesk tier 1-3 then NOC)
• Program network configuration
• Monitor and troubleshooting general efficiency of network proactively
• Build and maintain strong team and interdepartmental relationships
• Follow-up and coordinate effectively between departments to ensure resolution of queries
• Assisting in research and advise on new systems and equipment to implement
• Provide training to new and existing helpdesk employees, continually develop both personally and professionally
• Ensure effective creation and resolution of tickets
• Provide support to Herotill when reasonably requested
• Project planning of new upgrades and networks
• Support in-house technicians
• Ensure downtime is kept to a minimum
• Reactive maintenance and coordination of network
• Conduct core network configuration and troubleshooting
• Logical design, drawing and documentation of networks
• Adhere to policies and procedures
• Perform adhoc duties when reasonably requested from time to time

• Quick turnaround time for resolving queries
• Maintain code of conduct and high standard of ethics towards clients
