Relevant 1st Tier Level / Service Desk support experience.
Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting & diagnosing Windows based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7/8/10/11 etc.
knowledge and experience in troubleshooting & diagnosing Apple based operating systems issues with emphasis on MacOS and IOS etc.
Advanced knowledge and experience troubleshooting and diagnosing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) issues.
Advanced knowledge and experience troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation.)
Basic knowledge and experience with disaster recovery solutions
Basic knowledge and experience with enterprise antivirus solutions
Basic knowledge of VOIP protocol and PABX setups
Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 with specific focus on:
Azure Active Directory
Exchange Online
SharePoint
Teams
Advance understanding and experience with desktop and laptop hardware.
Database Management and Customer relations Management
Website Experience

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Relevant IT Diploma or Degree
