Vacancy Details

 

  • Ensure store profitability through the daily planning, leading, controlling and organizing of all resources, whilst ensuring superior customer service and a shopping environment that drives sales.
  • Retail Management / Business Diploma advantageous
  • A minimum of 5 years retail experience in a well-established brand
  • A minimum of 5 years Management/Supervisory experience
  • Experience working in a branch with at least R30m –R32m turnover per annum
  • Proven track record of driving sales· Stock and shrinkage management· Knowledge of Merchandising principles and Space Optimization
  • Planning and implementation of promotional activities – store based and national·
  • Industrial Relations and Employee Relations experience
  • Relevant Operation, Administration and Financial Management
  • Computer Literacy in MS Office and Intermediate Excel.
  • Ensure profitability by achieving the expected standards on sales and income through the daily management of retail staff productivity within the branch
  • Management, control and optimization of stock to drive sales
  • Optimize service processes within the branch to enable staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Continuously meet all service evaluation criteria
  • Ensure optimum trade operating profit is achieved by effectively controlling and managing all store expenses
  • Recruit, develop and manage direct reports
  • Bi-annual assessment of staff performance and individual development programs
