Kalahari.com based in Cape Town, currently has a vacancy for a Data Capturer. The successful incumbent will report to the Credit Manager.

 

Job Functions

Administrative Industries Ecommerce Specification Job outputs:

 Ensuring all internal clients is notified immediately of outstanding documents

 Ensuring that an e-mail is sent out to originator confirming receipt of application within 3 hours of receipt

 Capture application correctly on system

 Making sure all application is submitted the same day of receipt

 Raising of purchase orders

 Checking of price variances

 Assisting with other ad-hoc related queries within the finance department

 

What you need for this position:

 Delivering results and meeting customer expectations

 Coping with pressure

 Accuracy

 Working with people

 Following instructions and procedures

 Achieving personal goals and objectives

 Computer literate a must

 Proficiency in Excel a must

 

Core Qualifications:

 Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

 Minimum 1 year experience in similar working environment
