Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the METALLURGY MANAGER, the incumbent will have the main role of executing and managing projects related to technical services, making operational forecasts and reporting on operational performance and KPIs.

The role will also take responsibility for the quality management of copper and provide support for metal accounting functions.

Some other responsibilities include:
-Participate in housekeeping activities;
-Assist in the review and generation of technical operational procedures;
-Perform tests, analyze the results and present the conclusions;
-Provide recommendations and assist in the implementation of processes in the plant;
-Ensure the management ofthe p arameters and the modelprocesses oftreatment;
-Write technicalreports, internal and external memos as well as inputson operational performance;
-Ensure the link between metallurgy, operations and external specialists;
-EEnsure operational forecasting and LOM modeling;
-Assist in initiatives aimed at the implementation of maintaining the quality of the copper;
-Ensure the processing of copper quality data and the improvement of the processing system;
-Review metal accounting reports;
-Perform metal scales and identify sources of bias or imprecision;
-Review metal accounting practices and systems and assist with improvements;
-Provide training to process operators andmetallurgists.
