Specification

Milpark is seeking a Lecturer with specialization in the tuition of ICB qualifications, in preference the NC in Small Business Management.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in teaching Entrepreneurship, Bookkeeping to Trail Balance and Business Literacy. You need to be passionate about taking technical material and content and presenting and teaching it in such a way that students will understand the study outcomes

Compulsory
•Experience as a facilitator in the field of Small Business Management / Entrepreneurship / Bookkeeping to Trail balance / Business Literacy

Key Responsibility
•To engage in class lecturing/ facilitating that will foster a purposeful progression in learning
•To assess class tests
•Prepare lesson plans
•To co-ordinate and control all the theoretical knowledge and practical skills activities of each course taught.
•To carry out any reasonable task or activity assigned by Milpark

Education & Experience Requirements
•Experience as a facilitator is compulsory
•Experience as an ICB facilitator would be an advantage
•Being an accredited facilitator would be an advantage
•A relevant qualification in the field of Entrepreneurship / or Small Business Management
