Job Title: Debtors Manager

Job Summary:
The successful incumbent will need a professional home office setup as all staff are working from home.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Debtors Manager will manage the accounts receivable and billing department and make decisions, negotiate terms of payment and enforce actions with customers. In this role, you will also lead and plan the billing process and ensure accuracy of invoicing, as well as assist with managing of working capital by monitoring and forecasting collections.

The successful candidate will be an experienced debtors supervisor or manager with credit control and billing experience, as well as the ability to effectively manage a large team.

Education:
Relevant tertiary qualification:

Job Experience & Skills Required:
10 to 11 years’ experience in a debtors / accounts receivable role
5 to 6 years’ experience in a management role
IT and telecommunications experience will be advantageous
Sage experience essential
Strong computer literacy
Attention to detail
Ability to successfully manage several different tasks simultaneously
Financial acumen
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
