Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
My client is SA’s Fastest growing alternate network and Telecommunications service provider.

This IT Desktop Support Engineer role is an opportunity to grow alongside a stable team with ample learning opportunities.

It involves handling a wide range of tasks that relate to Computer support, 3G and Wi-Fi support, Troubleshoot problems on applications including SAP B1 and translate this to feasible solutions to be implemented.

Education:
Matric (Grade 12)
A+ & N+ Certificates (Security +, COBIT5, ITIL4, SAP-B1, Sophos are an Added Bonus).
A Degree (BCom / BTech / BSc) OR Diploma in IT, Information Systems or equivalent would be an Added Advantage.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
+2 Years Desktop Support Experience.
Active Directory & Psiber
SAP & SharePoint.
Nagios, Albatros, Uniweb, Adaxes, BPM.
